One dead, 6 injured in Rochester mass shooting in US
One person was killed and six others were injured in a mass shooting at Maplewood Park in Rochester, New York, on Sunday. The incident occurred around 6:20 pm local time during a large gathering in the park.
The deceased victim was in their 20s, and another person is in critical condition, according to Rochester police. Rochester is located approximately 547 kilometers northwest of Manhattan.
The New York Post reported that the other five victims sustained minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
