How Kamala Harris's policies may differ from Biden
If President Joe Biden were to bow out of the White House race, Vice President Kamala Harris is widely viewed as most likely to take his place as the Democratic nominee.
So what would her policy priorities look like — and would there be much difference from Biden’s approach?
'A Harris presidency would be, for all intents and purposes, a continuation of the Biden administration,' said Isaac Boltansky, director of policy research at BTIG. 'From a Democratic perspective, I think that’s a feature, not a bug. We need to keep in mind Joe Biden is slowly being led towards the door not because of his policies but because of his health and capacity.'
