Pakistan anti-terrorism court approves arrest of Imran Khan
An anti-terrorism court in Pakistan has approved the arrest of the former Prime Minister Imran Khan in connection with a case tied to protester violence at an army building in Lahore.
It's worth noting that Imran Khan is presently incarcerated following a conviction related to corruption charges.
The ruling delivered on Wednesday pertains to the violence that erupted during Khan's earlier arrest in May, which was on graft charges unrelated to his current conviction. Khan has consistently maintained his innocence in both cases.
