Pakistan, Turkiye and Saudi discuss collaboration in military technologies

In a significant effort aimed at strengthening military collaboration Pakistan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia engaged in discussions regarding potential cooperation in military technologies.

These discussions unfolded during the second meeting of the Trilateral Defence Industrial Collaboration, held at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi. This gathering followed the inaugural session of the committee conducted in Riyadh last August, establishing a platform to advance cooperation in defense matters among the three nations.
The importance of consolidating intellectual, technical, financial, and human resources to collectively achieve mutual objectives and enhance self-reliance in the defense sector was emphasized by all three countries. Acknowledging their historical ties, they reaffirmed their strategic commitment to broadening the scope of trilateral cooperation.
The trio agreed to convene the subsequent meeting on Trilateral Defence Industrial Collaboration during the World Defence Show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, scheduled for February 2024. This ongoing dialogue signifies a significant stride in fortifying defense ties and fostering technological collaboration among Pakistan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
