Czech Republic's Krystyna Pyszkova crowned Miss World 2024
Krystyna Pyszková from the Czech Republic achieved the title of Miss World during an enchanting competition held in India on Saturday night.
Out of 112 contestants, Yasmina Zaytoun from Lebanon secured the position of the first runner-up in the prestigious event hosted in Mumbai, the financial and entertainment hub of India.
Draped in an exquisite sheer diamante gown that accentuated her graceful silhouette, the 23-year-old exuded the essence of a true champion. The glittering crown was ceremoniously placed on Krystyna's head by Karolina Bielawska, Miss World 2022 and a renowned Polish model.
Expressing her joy Pyszkova remarked, "Being crowned Miss World is a dream come true. I am deeply honored to represent my country and promote the values of 'beauty with a purpose' on a global stage."
The Miss World pageant was not conducted in 2023 due to scheduling constraints. Consequently, this year's highly anticipated competition took place in Mumbai, India, marking a memorable and glamorous occasion.
